Our pricing is 100% transparent and always includes vacuuming, pre-spotting, preconditioning, deep restorative cleaning and grooming.
Difficult spots and stains may cost additional, but if we have to charge more, we will always let you know ahead of time. Extra charges would only apply in certain circumstances for stains requiring special techniques or products. Examples of required additional charges include dye stains (kool-aid, wine, mustard, etc), pet urine stains and pet odor remediation.
No Additional Charge for light furniture moving – This would include couches, tables, chairs and other small movable furniture. We will not move any large over sized items such as beds, entertainment centers, hutches, computer stations, antiques, pianos or anything with fragile or electronic items.

We’ll evaluate your areas and give you a accurate phone estimate. There is never any pressure or obligation to schedule service. If you like our quote, we’ll begin immediately. -
Inspect / Measure / Quote / Clean
On arrival we’ll do a thorough inspection of your carpet, measure, give you a “to-the-penny” quote. If you like the quote, we’ll begin immediately. The minimum charge of $98 covers 350 square feet of cleaning. Additional area is only 38¢ per ft. Additional discounts are available if we clean or more 600 sf . -
3 Room Special – $98
Your choice of any 3 areas or rooms. Process includes vacuuming, spotting, pre-conditioning, deep cleaning and grooming. Up to 350 “cleanable” square feet. Open Areas only. Additional square footage is only 38¢ psf. -
5 Room (Open Area) “Premium” Dry Carpet Cleaning – $169
Includes any 4 rooms or areas of your choice up to 600 “cleanable” square feet. Process includes vacuuming, spotting, pre-conditioning, deep cleaning and grooming. Open Areas only. Additional area only 38¢ per square ft. -
Whole House Special – $299
Includes our Premium Dry Carpet Cleaning Service for all the accessible carpet in your home up to 1,000 “cleanable” square feet. Service includes vacuuming, spotting, pre-conditioning, deep extraction cleaning and grooming. Additional square footage is is only 30¢ per sq. ft. - Stairs – $3 per step

Area Rug Cleaning – On Site
We can clean most area rugs on site for a fraction of what it would cost have your rugs cleaned at rug cleaning facility. Our area rug cleaning service has a minimum charge of $79 for 130 total sf, then 60¢ per square foot for additional area. -
Tile & Grout Cleaning – $98 minimum
Our tile and grout cleaning service has a minimum charge of $79 for up to 130 total sf, then 60¢ per square foot for additional area. -
CARPET & FABRIC PROTECTOR- ($15 per area)
We use the best protector on the market that also happens to be DFE certified by the EPA as safe for humans and pets and earth friendly! -

After careful inspection and testing of the fabric, we use a combination of hand and machine cleaning, with special solutions and products specifically formulated for upholstery to give the best and safest cleaning.
