Hygea Carpet Cleaning LLC is not resposible for not removing spots,stains,traffic areas, as well as where the fiber/floor has faded,worn,shows sign of shading or any other type of pre existing damage to the fiber/floor.
*Due to the nature of pet urine,we are unable to guarantee the removal of pet/animal odors. Pet urine often penetrates carpet and subflooring.Our carpet cleaning process cannot decontaminate the pad or subflooring.In extreme cases,homeowners will need to replace carpet pad,clean and seal the subflooring prior to re-carpeting.
*In case of a third party inspecting or refusing to inspect the results from the cleaning immediately after the job has been done, Hygea Carpet Cleaning LLC cannot be held responsible for rectifying any outstanding cleaning issues not mentioned by the third party at time of service.
